Hua Hin to Bangkok, BKK or DMK
Private transfers are available in both directions. You can book a one-way journey from Hua Hin to your Bangkok hotel, Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or Don Mueang Airport (DMK), even if you did not book the outward journey with us. Send your pickup address, travel date, passenger count and luggage details. For an airport departure, include your flight number and departure time. We plan pickup around the road journey, possible traffic and your airline’s check-in requirements. Return journeys and any requested stops are quoted and confirmed separately.

Pickup and drop-off arrangements
Bangkok hotel or address
Send the hotel name, full address and preferred pickup time. For a large hotel or condominium, include the entrance or tower so the collection point can be agreed before travel.
BKK or DMK airport
Share your airport, flight number and the date you land in Thailand. We track arriving flights and confirm the meeting arrangements for your booking. Landing time needs to be followed by time for immigration, baggage collection and reaching the pickup point.
Hua Hin resort or private address
Use the full property name and a map link. If your accommodation is in Cha-am, Khao Takiap, Pranburi or another coastal area, tell us rather than using Hua Hin as a general description. The address affects the journey and quotation.
Journey time and planning
Allow approximately 3–4 hours from central Bangkok as a starting estimate. Airport pickup times are assessed separately. Traffic leaving Bangkok, weekend travel, public holidays and your final resort can extend the journey. Tell us if you need to arrive for an appointment or a fixed check-in arrangement.
Plan the drive around your hotel arrival
After an overnight flight, an early transfer may get you to your resort before the room is ready. Check your hotel’s check-in and luggage-storage arrangements when planning the pickup. If travelling with children, mention any preferred rest stop before the journey.
A direct resort transfer or a journey with stops
A direct transfer is suitable when reaching your accommodation is the priority. If you would like a meal stop or sightseeing on the way, send the places you have in mind with your enquiry. We will check the route, additional time and price before confirmation. A return transfer can also be arranged separately around your onward plans.
A car and driver during your Hua Hin stay
Your Bangkok transfer and transport during your holiday can be arranged together. Tell us whether you want a return trip to an attraction, a sightseeing day or an evening pickup for dinner and the markets. We will check availability and agree the pickup, return, waiting and duration before booking.
Outings to discuss
- A lighter town day: the old railway station, Khao Takiab and lunch, with stops chosen around your hotel.
- Cha-am food and cafés: a planned food stop or Bonnie on the Beach on your arrival, departure or a separate outing.
- Market evening: request pickup and return for Hua Hin Night Market or Cicada and Tamarind on their opening days.
- A main excursion: WFFT around its confirmed visit time, Vana Nava with an agreed return pickup, or transport to the starting point for Phraya Nakhon Cave.
The cave still requires a walk, and boats depend on local conditions. Attraction tickets, visits, boats and guides are separate unless specifically included. These are route ideas to discuss, not fixed packages.

Choose a vehicle for your group and luggage
For a longer coastal journey, include pushchairs, beach luggage and any mobility equipment in your bag count. Tell us if anyone needs help getting into a higher vehicle so suitability can be discussed.
Sedan
An option for solo travellers, couples or a small party when the passenger and luggage requirements fit the vehicle offered.
SUV
An option to consider for families or larger bags. Available luggage space depends on the seating arrangement, so send the full passenger and bag count.
Minivan
An option for families and groups travelling together. Confirm the number and size of suitcases alongside the passenger count.
Luxury minivan
Available on request. Ask about the seating layout and luggage allowance of the vehicle offered for your date.
Child seats are available on request. Send each child’s age, height and weight so the arrangement, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.

Request a quote using your exact addresses and travel details. The agreed road transfer includes:
- A private vehicle and driver for your booking
- Fuel, road tolls and parking
- Pickup and drop-off at the locations confirmed in your quotation
- Flight tracking for an airport arrival
Requested sightseeing, additional pickup points and extended waiting need to be discussed before confirmation. Your quotation should also confirm child-seat arrangements and the applicable payment and cancellation terms.

Booking and cancellation
For standard bookings, cancellation fees depend on the notice received before your scheduled pickup:
- At least 48 hours: free cancellation.
- 24 to less than 48 hours: 50% of the agreed booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours: 60% of the agreed booking fee.
- No-show: 100% of the agreed booking fee.
All deadlines use Bangkok time. Send cancellation requests by email, WhatsApp or LINE. Separate terms for multi-day journeys or specially reserved vehicles will be stated in your quotation and agreed before booking confirmation. Your booking confirmation sets out the total price, payment instructions and agreed journey details.
How to book
- Send your details. Include your travel date, pickup point and time, destination, passengers and luggage. Add flight details, child-seat needs and any requested stops or connections.
- Review the quotation. We check availability and confirm the vehicle, journey details and total price. Ask us to clarify inclusions, waiting, payment and cancellation terms before accepting.
- Confirm your booking. An enquiry alone does not reserve a vehicle. Review and accept the final details, then follow the booking instructions provided by SPNJ.

How long does Bangkok to Hua Hin take by private car?

Can we stop for food or sightseeing?
Request stops when asking for your quote. A brief rest stop and a sightseeing visit require different amounts of time; the arrangements and any extra cost must be agreed.
Can we book a return transfer to Bangkok or the airport?
Yes. Include the return date and destination in your enquiry. If you have an onward flight, provide its number and departure time so pickup can be planned separately.
