Plan the full route before booking
Send every overnight destination and the dates you will stay there. Add hotel names or map links where available, the places you would like to visit between them, and your final drop-off. A list of provinces alone is not enough to assess daily driving and waiting. If you are still choosing hotels, send the areas you are considering. Choose the experiences that matter most to your group, then build the driving around meals, rest and hotel check-in. Tell us about child-seat needs, pushchairs, mobility equipment and any days when you prefer a shorter journey.
On a hotel-change day
- Plan checkout and check-in together. Ask the hotels about their times and luggage storage. A transfer arrival does not guarantee that your next room will be ready.
- Count everything travelling with you. Send the number and size of suitcases, cabin bags, folded pushchairs and other equipment. The luggage travels with your group between hotels, so sightseeing stops must fit the loaded vehicle.
- Keep the next few hours accessible. Pack water, snacks, children’s essentials and a change of clothes in a small bag you can reach at stops.
- Choose stops you can comfortably manage. Include time for walking, meals, toilets and getting everyone back into the vehicle, as well as the road journey.
Tell us before booking if an outing involves a boat, a long walk or leaving the vehicle for several hours. Confirm luggage arrangements with the relevant hotel or provider; carry passports, valuables and essential items with you.
Daily hours and overnight arrangements
Agree the schedule for every date before confirming. A multi-day booking covers the itinerary and hours in your quotation; it does not mean the driver is available at any time.

Where the driver stays overnight
Your quotation identifies the driver’s room fee and any meals, allowances or vehicle repositioning arrangements that apply. Do not include the driver in your own hotel booking unless this has been specifically agreed. Confirm the overnight arrangements and the next morning’s pickup before accepting the full itinerary.
What is included and what is arranged separately
The agreed road itinerary includes the private vehicle and driver, fuel, road tolls and parking. Your quotation should state any additional overnight arrangements, ferry crossings or costs outside the agreed route. Passenger accommodation, attraction admission, meals and a licensed guide are separate unless expressly included. Review each date, hotel, pickup and drop-off before confirming. Share any later changes promptly. This sample route shows how a multi-day booking can connect sightseeing and overnight stays. It is a planning example, with the final schedule and transport price agreed for your group.- Day 1 — Bangkok to Ayutthaya: hotel pickup, a manageable temple itinerary and drop-off at your Ayutthaya accommodation.
- Day 2 — Ayutthaya to Khao Yai: travel to your named resort, allowing time for lunch and check-in. Add sightseeing only where it fits the road journey.
- Day 3 — Khao Yai to Bangkok: a pre-agreed local stop or park visit, followed by your Bangkok hotel drop-off. An airport finish needs a separate flight-based schedule.
Your hotel bookings, meals, attraction tickets and any licensed guide are separate unless expressly included. Tell us whether you prefer fewer hotel changes or a shorter driving day.

Driver overnight room fee
Overnight jobs have an additional ฿300 per night for the driver’s room. Vehicle hire rates vary by vehicle; the complete quote lists the booked hours, route and any other applicable overnight or repositioning arrangements.Choose a vehicle for your group and luggage

For standard bookings, cancellation fees depend on the notice received before your scheduled pickup:- At least 48 hours: free cancellation.
- 24 to less than 48 hours: 50% of the agreed booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours: 60% of the agreed booking fee.
- No-show: 100% of the agreed booking fee.
How to book
- Send the whole journey. Include every travel date, overnight hotel or area, pickup and final drop-off, preferred stops and any fixed flight or activity times. If hotels are undecided, send the areas you are considering.
- Include the group and equipment. Give the adult and child numbers, each child’s age, height and weight for a seat request, luggage sizes and any folded pushchair or mobility equipment. Photos help us assess the space required.
- Review the written quotation. Check each day’s hours, route and waiting; the vehicle and child seats; the total; driver overnight costs; extras; and payment and cancellation terms.
- Confirm the final plan. An enquiry alone does not reserve a vehicle. Review and accept the details, follow the booking instructions, and share later changes promptly.
