Two places that look close on a map may take longer to connect during busy periods. Group stops by area where practical, identify anything with a fixed entry time, and leave room for lunch and rest. Your schedule should include driving as well as time inside each venue. For families, tell us about pushchairs, child seats and any shorter walking preferences. Send the full property name, entrance and pickup time. At each stop, collection and meeting arrangements are agreed around vehicle access and parking. The driver may need to wait at a suitable nearby location rather than immediately outside the entrance. Your quotation confirms the booked hours and waiting arrangements. Check the start and finish time, pickup and final drop-off, vehicle, passenger and luggage allowance, waiting arrangements and any overtime charge. Admission tickets, meals and a licensed sightseeing guide are separate unless expressly included. A driver service should not be assumed to provide a guided visit inside attractions.Hourly driver hire in Bangkok
Hire is charged by the hour, with the rate depending on the vehicle. Minivan hire is ฿600 per hour. Ask for the sedan, SUV or luxury-minivan rate for your date and itinerary. Fuel, road tolls and parking are included for the agreed road itinerary. Choose the number of hours around your stops rather than assuming every half-day or full-day booking has the same duration. Your quote sets out the start and finish, any minimum booking and the charge for extra time.Two example city itineraries
- Old-city sightseeing: hotel pickup, visits around the Grand Palace and Wat Pho area, a lunch break and return to your hotel. Entry tickets and a guide are separate.
- Shopping and appointments: hotel pickup, your booked appointments or chosen shopping stops in one area, then your agreed final drop-off.

For standard bookings, cancellation fees depend on the notice received before your scheduled pickup:- At least 48 hours: free cancellation.
- 24 to less than 48 hours: 50% of the agreed booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours: 60% of the agreed booking fee.
- No-show: 100% of the agreed booking fee.
How to book
- Send your details. Include your travel date, pickup point and time, destination, passengers and luggage. Add flight details, child-seat needs and any requested stops or connections.
- Review the quotation. We check availability and confirm the vehicle, journey details and total price. Ask us to clarify inclusions, waiting, payment and cancellation terms before accepting.
- Confirm your booking. An enquiry alone does not reserve a vehicle. Review and accept the final details, then follow the booking instructions provided by SPNJ.
Your quotation and what is included
The agreed road itinerary includes a private vehicle and driver, fuel, road tolls and parking. Your quotation confirms the pickup, drop-off, duration and any waiting or stops. Check child-seat arrangements, additional time, attraction or activity charges, payment and cancellation terms before confirming. How many hours are included in half-day or full-day hire?
The exact hours are confirmed in your quotation. Send the start time, preferred finish and itinerary so we can recommend a suitable booking.Will the driver wait while we visit attractions?
Waiting can be included according to the agreed itinerary and booked hours. Collection points are arranged around parking and vehicle access.Can we change our stops during the day?
Ask before changing the itinerary. Availability, driving time and the booked duration affect what can be accommodated, and extra time or distance may change the price.Can our hire include BKK or DMK airport?
Include the airport and flight details when requesting a quote. Airport journeys are assessed as part of the complete plan and are not automatically included in city hire.Is a sightseeing guide included?
