Bangkok Airport Transfers with Child Seats
Child seats are available on request for BKK and DMK pickups and drop-offs. When enquiring, send each child’s age, height and weight, together with the number of adults, suitcases, cabin bags and pushchairs. We check the seat arrangement and vehicle space together. Confirm seat availability and any charge in your quotation before booking, and include the same details for a return journey. If you need more than the child-seat choices shown on the form, explain your requirements in Special requests. A family arrival also needs time for immigration, luggage and reaching the collection point. For standard bookings, cancellation fees depend on the notice received before your scheduled pickup:
- At least 48 hours: free cancellation.
- 24 to less than 48 hours: 50% of the agreed booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours: 60% of the agreed booking fee.
- No-show: 100% of the agreed booking fee.
All deadlines use Bangkok time. Send cancellation requests by email, WhatsApp or LINE. Separate terms for multi-day journeys or specially reserved vehicles will be stated in your quotation and agreed before booking confirmation. Where will my driver meet me at Bangkok airport?
At Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), meet your driver in the Level 2 Arrivals Hall at Gate 3. At Don Mueang Airport (DMK), meet at Terminal 1 Gate 5 for international arrivals or Terminal 2 Gate 11 for domestic arrivals. Your driver will hold a clear name sign.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. Child seats can be requested when you book. Select the number of child seats on the quote form and include the child’s age or size in the special requests so we can prepare the most suitable option. Availability should be confirmed in advance.
Which vehicle should I book for my passengers and luggage?
Choose a sedan for up to 3 passengers with 2 large suitcases, an SUV for up to 4 passengers with 4 large suitcases, or a minivan for groups of up to 9 passengers with up to 9 luggage pieces. Tell us about oversized bags, golf clubs, wheelchairs or strollers when requesting your quote.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor the flight number provided with your booking and adjust your pickup time to the updated arrival time if your flight is delayed. Your 90 minutes of free waiting starts from the flight’s actual landing time, not the scheduled arrival time. Please tell us if your airline changes your flight number or itinerary.
How long will the driver wait for me?
Your airport pickup includes 90 minutes of free waiting from your flight’s actual landing time, allowing time for immigration and luggage collection. Please contact us on WhatsApp or LINE if you are delayed inside the airport.
Additional waiting is subject to driver availability. Any extra waiting charge will be confirmed with you before extending the wait. If you have not reached the meeting point and we cannot contact you after 90 minutes, the driver may leave after a final contact attempt.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Our quoted price is all-inclusive of expressway tolls, airport parking, and fuel.
Can I book a return transfer to the airport?
Yes! We recommend booking your return trip at the same time for total peace of mind. For international departures, we suggest a pickup time 3.5 to 4 hours before your flight.
