Two airports, one planned road transfer
BKK and DMK are separate airports. Check both airport codes on your flight bookings before requesting transport. A private car provides a direct road journey between the agreed collection and drop-off points, with the vehicle selected around your passengers and bags. There is also an airport shuttle for eligible connecting passengers. If considering it, check current eligibility and arrangements with the airports. A private transfer is an option when you prefer a vehicle reserved for your group and agreed collection arrangements.Plan the connection using both flights
Send the complete arrival and departure details, including the date of each flight. An arrival just after midnight can easily be entered against the wrong travel date. We review the pickup plan using the details you provide. Do not treat landing time as the time you will be ready to leave. Immigration where applicable, baggage collection and reaching the meeting point all take time. Confirm baggage and check-in requirements with your airlines, then leave room for the road journey and possible delays. A private transfer cannot guarantee a flight connection. Your booking confirmation specifies the meeting arrangements for your arrival. Send the flight number so the arriving flight can be tracked, and tell us if the airline changes the flight or arrival airport. For DMK, identify whether your arrival is domestic or international. For either airport, include a contact number that will work after landing, passenger count, luggage and any child-seat request.DMK to BKK private transfer
The same service can be booked in the reverse direction, from Don Mueang to Suvarnabhumi. Share the DMK arrival and BKK departure details so the correct pickup and onward airport are recorded. Flight tracking helps us plan an airport collection. Your quotation and booking confirmation should state the waiting allowance and any additional waiting charge. Let us know promptly if the flight number, date or airport changes. The agreed road transfer includes a private vehicle and driver, fuel, tolls and parking. Extra stops, hotel visits and extended waiting must be agreed separately. For standard bookings, cancellation fees depend on the notice received before your scheduled pickup:
- At least 48 hours: free cancellation.
- 24 to less than 48 hours: 50% of the agreed booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours: 60% of the agreed booking fee.
- No-show: 100% of the agreed booking fee.
All deadlines use Bangkok time. Send cancellation requests by email, WhatsApp or LINE. Separate terms for multi-day journeys or specially reserved vehicles will be stated in your quotation and agreed before booking confirmation. Your booking confirmation sets out the total price, payment instructions and agreed journey details.
How to book
- Send your details. Include your travel date, pickup point and time, destination, passengers and luggage. Add flight details, child-seat needs and any requested stops or connections.
- Review the quotation. We check availability and confirm the vehicle, journey details and total price. Ask us to clarify inclusions, waiting, payment and cancellation terms before accepting.
- Confirm your booking. An enquiry alone does not reserve a vehicle. Review and accept the final details, then follow the booking instructions provided by SPNJ.
