Request transport to the market in Ratchaburi with the visiting and waiting time agreed before booking. If you would like a boat ride, specify it so the operator, meeting arrangements and price can be confirmed separately.Add Maeklong Railway Market
Maeklong is a separate stop in Samut Songkhram. Tell us whether seeing a train pass is a priority so the day can be reviewed against the current railway schedule. A train movement cannot be guaranteed.Plan your pickup around the visit
Send your hotel address, travel date, preferred return time and the stops you would like to include. Visiting both markets needs driving and waiting time between them, as well as time to walk, eat and rest. If you have a fixed appointment or flight after the trip, tell us before booking. Do not base a flight connection only on the usual road time from the market; allow room for traffic and changes to the visiting schedule.Boat rides, tickets and local arrangements
Your private driver booking covers the road transport described in your quotation. A boat ride, market activity, food, attraction tickets and a licensed guide are not automatically included. Ask what the boat visit involves and confirm its full price before accepting it. Tell us in advance if you prefer to walk around rather than take a boat. The itinerary can then reflect what your group actually wants to do.Practical planning for children and older relatives
Market walkways can be busy and walking surfaces vary. Tell us about pushchairs, limited mobility or a preference for shorter visits. A manageable itinerary with drinking water, lunch and air-conditioned breaks helps families enjoy the day. At Maeklong, follow staff instructions and remain in designated safe areas when trains move. Your booking can include the return to a Bangkok hotel or another agreed address. You can also request a one-way collection from the market area, subject to availability and a confirmed meeting point. For airport drop-off, send the flight number and departure time so the return schedule can be assessed. Additional stops and waiting are agreed before confirmation.About the destinations

For standard bookings, cancellation fees depend on the notice received before your scheduled pickup:
- At least 48 hours: free cancellation.
- 24 to less than 48 hours: 50% of the agreed booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours: 60% of the agreed booking fee.
- No-show: 100% of the agreed booking fee.
All deadlines use Bangkok time. Send cancellation requests by email, WhatsApp or LINE. Separate terms for multi-day journeys or specially reserved vehicles will be stated in your quotation and agreed before booking confirmation. Your booking confirmation sets out the total price, payment instructions and agreed journey details.
How to book
- Send your details. Include your travel date, pickup point and time, destination, passengers and luggage. Add flight details, child-seat needs and any requested stops or connections.
- Review the quotation. We check availability and confirm the vehicle, journey details and total price. Ask us to clarify inclusions, waiting, payment and cancellation terms before accepting.
- Confirm your booking. An enquiry alone does not reserve a vehicle. Review and accept the final details, then follow the booking instructions provided by SPNJ.
