How long does the drive take?
For a central Bangkok pickup, allow approximately 2–2.5 hours as a starting estimate. Your pickup district, departure time, weather and final hotel can change the journey. Busy weekends and public holidays may require a larger allowance. The Tourism Authority of Thailand describes Pattaya as around 150 kilometres southeast of Bangkok and approximately two hours by road. Direct transfer or sightseeing on the way?
A direct transfer is planned around reaching your hotel. If you want an attraction visit, shopping stop or meal on the way, send the venue name and how long you want to stay. We check the route, driver waiting and price before confirming.
For an overnight holiday, request the arrival and departure transfers on their separate dates. A transfer booking does not reserve a driver for outings during your stay. Add any local sightseeing or dinner transport to the enquiry so it can be reviewed separately.
Pattaya to Bangkok, BKK or DMK
Private transfers are available in both directions. You can book a one-way journey from Pattaya to your Bangkok hotel, Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or Don Mueang Airport (DMK), even if you did not book the outward journey with us. Send your pickup address, travel date, passenger count and luggage details. For an airport departure, include your flight number and departure time. We plan pickup around the road journey, possible traffic and your airline’s check-in requirements. For standard bookings, cancellation fees depend on the notice received before your scheduled pickup:- At least 48 hours: free cancellation.
- 24 to less than 48 hours: 50% of the agreed booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours: 60% of the agreed booking fee.
- No-show: 100% of the agreed booking fee.
How to book your transfer
- Send your journey details. Include the travel date, pickup location and time, destination, passenger count and luggage. Add your flight number and child-seat requests where relevant.
- Review your quotation. We check availability and confirm the vehicle, total price and arrangements for your journey. Ask us to clarify any waiting, payment or cancellation terms before accepting.
- Confirm your booking. An enquiry alone does not reserve a vehicle. Review and accept the final details, then follow the booking instructions provided by SPNJ.
