Direct hotel or resort transfer
Choose this when reaching your accommodation is the priority. Send the resort name and map link, travel date and luggage details. A hotel transfer does not automatically include a visit to the national park.Private day trip

Khao Yai describes a wider resort area as well as the national park. A resort in the Pak Chong area and a destination inside the park require different journey planning. Exact addresses help us choose the appropriate approach and avoid unnecessary driving. The park has a northern entrance at Pak Chong and a southern entrance at Noen Hom. If you plan to enter, tell us which places you want to visit so entry, driving time and the return route can be reviewed. A shorter list of stops leaves time for lunch, rest breaks and enjoying each place. Tell us if children or older relatives need shorter walks, or if anyone has difficulty getting into a higher vehicle. Paths, steps and access vary between attractions. Park admission, vehicle entry, attraction tickets and any licensed guide must be identified in your quotation. Book a one-way car from your Khao Yai accommodation to a Bangkok hotel or either Bangkok airport, even if your outward journey was arranged elsewhere. Provide the collection address and preferred date and time. For a flight departure, include the airport, flight number and departure time. Road travel, possible traffic and your airline’s check-in requirements need to be allowed for separately. A resort transfer and a day exploring are different bookings. If you need transport after arrival, send us your full stay rather than only the drive from Bangkok. Include sightseeing dates, dinner plans, activity reservations and the final journey home. For standard bookings, cancellation fees depend on the notice received before your scheduled pickup:- At least 48 hours: free cancellation.
- 24 to less than 48 hours: 50% of the agreed booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours: 60% of the agreed booking fee.
- No-show: 100% of the agreed booking fee.
How to book
- Send your details. Include your travel date, pickup point and time, destination, passengers and luggage. Add flight details, child-seat needs and any requested stops or connections.
- Review the quotation. We check availability and confirm the vehicle, journey details and total price. Ask us to clarify inclusions, waiting, payment and cancellation terms before accepting.
- Confirm your booking. An enquiry alone does not reserve a vehicle. Review and accept the final details, then follow the booking instructions provided by SPNJ.
